She was predeceased by: her parents, Moses Penson and Morisetta Tarver Penson; her uncle George W. Penson Jr.; her aunt Dorothy Penson; and her nephews, Eric Terrell Penson and Charles Penson.
She is survived by: her children, Sayyeed Penson of Pittsburgh, PA and Rosetta "Sparkle" Penson of Youngstown; her siblings, George W. Penson III of Youngstown, Randy Spencer (Iris) of Struthers, Linda Hall Penson of Concord, NC, Brenda Grear of Youngstown, Ruby Pearl Penson of Youngstown, Barbara Woods of Youngstown, Morisetta Penson of Alabama, Viola Penson of Atlanta and Tonja Spencer Donadelle of Youngstown; and her grandchildren, Terell Stephan Moses Penson of Youngstown and SaNiya Anna Marie Penson. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
