He is survived by: his mother Stephanie Centofante of Poland; his sisters, Cynthia White (Jeff) of New Bern, NC, Paula Kane (Jim), Mary Ramsbottom (Bob) of Poland and Carla Davanzo (Michael) of Lowellville; and his significant other Hector M. Garcia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
