He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Thomas and Naceebe Bel-Batal Thomas; and his siblings, James T. Thomas, Nasef J. Thomas, Sadie Lewis and Anne Nutt.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Kanaan; and his children, Lynne Nastase (John), Debbie Santisi (Don), George Thomas (Nancy) and Brian Thomas. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and 5 great grandchildren.
