Shirley A Milligan Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley A Milligan of Youngstown, Ohio, who passed away on February 9, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Lovett and Orvis Lovett (Knight); her husband Floyd Milligan; her son Arthur Milligan; and her grandson Nicholas.
She is survived by: her children, Fred Milligan, Sheryl Milligan-Grice, Tina Cleland, Karen Galloway and Kim Vestal; her siblings, Michael Lovett and Linda Lovett; and her great great grandchild Kaden. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Kirila Funeral Home, Inc. (258 Poland Ave, Struthers, OH 44471). A burial was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Lake Park Cemetery (1459 E Midlothian Blvd, Youngstown, OH 44502).
