It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley McNeal (Youngstown, Ohio), who passed away on December 21, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Delbert DePuy and Ellen Leavitt DePuy; her spouse Leslie G. McNeal; her sister Carol Landgraff; and her son-in-law Rocky Taylor.
She is survived by: her children, Betty Taylor of North Lima, Cindy Black (Bob) of New Waterford and Rich McNeal of Poland; her grandchildren, Bill Taylor (Julie), Chelsea McNeal, Jon, Josh and Kaitlyn Black; her brothers, Wayne DePuy (Peggy) of Virginia, Ronald DePuy (Ginny) of Virginia and John DePuy (Beverly) of Struthers; and her brother-in-law James Landgraff of Poland.
