Shirley left this world on February 27, 2025 at the age of 93, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Isaac Daniel Anderson and Jeanette McCormick Anderson Armour; and her siblings, Charles Anderson, Ralph Armour and Yvonne Armour.
She is survived by: her children, Cyrus Hawthorne (Beverly) of Orlando, FL, Aaron Hawthorne (Tomeka) of Columbus, OH, Eric Harrison of Hagerstown, MD, Terri Whipple (Wallace) of Youngstown, OH and Lori Ruffin of Columbus, OH; and her close friends, Dorothy Huff, Drew Delasandro and Neicy Hopson. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Third Baptist Church (1177 Park Hill Dr, Youngstown, OH 44505). A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
