She was predeceased by: her parents, William Heldreth and Nadine Heldreth (Ashcraft); her husband John H. Reese; her daughter Janette Benz; and her siblings, William Heldreth, John Guy Heldreth and Cathern Kerns.

She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Reese of Youngstown, John Reese of Canfield, Charles Reese (Jenny) of Fairmont, WV and Paulina Reese McCallum (Neal) of Youngstown; her siblings, David Heldreth (Karen), Carrie Lou Morgan of Mississippi and Avis Wallace of Florida; and her pet Rocky.
