She is survived by: her husband John "Jack" Burnett; her stepchildren, Rosemary Grubbs (Mickey) and John Burnett (Carol); her sister Helen Van Tassel (John) of Pulaski; and her nieces and nephews, Krista Van Tassel (Mark Woolever), Kevin Van Tassel (Sarah) and Kory Van Tassel.
