She was predeceased by: her parents, George Forney and Sara Forney (Cubbage); her daughter Peggy Lee Dickey; and her siblings, Marge Schubert, Helen Pinkerton and Eddie Forney.
She is survived by: her husband Leighton Breedlove; her children, Patricia Lynn Simeon (Lee) of Hubbard and Dale Breedlove (Beth) of Hudson, FL; her son-in-law Cary Dickey; and her grandchildren, Stephen Dickey, Anna Simeon, Tracy Williams (Wesley), Dominic Breedlove (Nicole) and Lee Simeon. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Homes, Austintown Chapel (4303 Mahoning Ave, Youngstown, OH 44515). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
