She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar H. Burke and Eloise Gamble Burke; her husband Edward; and her siblings, Leslie Burke, Denise Claytor, Jackie Vene, Patricia Jones and Juanita Burke.
She is survived by: her children, Kevin Burke of Seattle, WA, Eunice Bradley of Youngtown, Edward Stewart Jr. (Vivian) of College Park, GA, Aaron Stewart (Sheila) of Fayettville, GA and Kimberly Stewart of Columbus, OH; her brothers, Edward Burke (Cathy) of Youngstown and Kevin Burke of Columbus; her niece Autumn Blackmon (Demond); and her nephew Michael Claytor (Samantha). She is also survived by ten grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren.
