She was predeceased by: her parents, Delmer Shipley and Mae Shipley (Eisenbraun). She is survived by: her significant other Millard Williams; her children, Millard Williams Jr. (Renee) of Columbus, OH, Marshall Williams (Andria) of Columbus, OH, Michelle Boyd (Palmer) of Eaton, OH and Mendell Williams (Leslie) of Youngstown, OH; her grandchildren, Marshall Brown (Emerald), Justin Brady (Christian), Adam Williams, Paul Boyd, Marc Boyd, Mary Boyd, Micah Boyd, Madeline Boyd, Skylar Williams and Matthew Boyd; her great grandchildren, Sapphira Brown and Azure Brown; and her siblings, Vicky Andre (Clarence) of New Middletown, OH, Delmer Shipley (Beatris), James Shipley (Aida) of Fort Lauderdale, FL, Ernest Shipley (Lisa) of Boardman, Ted Shipley (Nikki) of La Junta, CO and Terry Shipley (Donna) of Youngstown. She is also survived by brothers and sister-in-love, nieces, nephews, cousins, and adopted family.
