He is survived by: his children, Anthony Scott Thomas and Brooke Marie Thomas; his mother Wilma P. Porter Tamburino; his father-in-law Jerold Fourman of Florida; his sister Lyn Kaczynski (Lori Humphrey) of Warren; his brother-in-law Larry Kaczynski of Youngstown; and his sister Julie M. Wilkerson of Kent. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
