It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Emily Mitchell (Youngstown, Ohio), born in Elmira, New York, who passed away on November 8, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edmund D. Miller and Mary Freda Miller (Dalrymple); her parents-in-law, Charles W and Margaret Mitchell, Sr. (Robinson); her stepmother-in-law Hattie Mitchell; her brother-in-law Richard Mitchell; and her sons, Charles E. (Chuck) and David L. Mitchell.
She is survived by: her husband Charles W. Mitchell, Jr.; her siblings-in-law, Robert Mitchell (Peggy) of New Mexico and Margaret Mitchell (Peggy) of Ohio; her daughter-in-law Debbie Mitchell of Johnstown; her daughters, Deb Mitchell of Heath and Susan Clark (Rick) of Texas; and her half-siblings, Cora, Helen and Ralph of New York. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
