We are sad to announce that on May 8, 2020, at the age of 82, Ruth Elsa Ragan (Youngstown, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Anderson and Clara Perry Anderson; her daughters, Debbie Dinsio and Christina Mills; and her brothers, Donald Anderson, Dick Anderson and James Anderson.
She is survived by: her husband Andrew Ragan; her children, Amil Dinsio Jr. (Ann), Cindy Wilson (Mike) and Keith Ragan; her grandchildren, Spencer Wilson, Jonah Wilson, Andrew Burns and Holly Dinsio; and her brother David Anderson (Joann).
