Russell Oates Jr. Obituary

We are sad to announce that on July 13, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Russell Oates Jr. (Youngstown, Ohio). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Russell Sr. Oates. He is survived by: his mother Alice Hayden Oates of Liberty Twp; his brothers, Elder Eric Hayden (Bess) of Campbell and John Gregory (Pamela) of Columbus; his nieces and nephews, Sherri, Devonne, Eric Jr., Derrick, Jared, Wayne, Francesco and Perry; and his cousins, Hilda Atwood, Geni Williams (Gary Sr.) and Carol Ann Griffin. He is also survived by seven great nieces, three great nephews.

Due to the pandemic, all guests are asked to wear masks and observe social distancing.

In lieu of flowers, the family request contributions be made to St. Andrewes A.M.E. Church. You may make a donation pledge via our website.
