She was predeceased by: her parents, James Sweeney and Ellen Thornton Sweeney; her son Freddy Bord; her sister Madeline Mackin; and her former husband Fred Bord.
She is survived by: her daughters, Monique Sherwood (Wayne) of Burlington and Danielle Bord of Youngstown; her siblings, Ruth Wylie of Atlanta and Miles Sweeney of North Jackson; her grandchildren, Zachary, Delaney Bord, Ryan and Andrew Sherwood; and her great grandchildren, Angel and D'Angelo.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Roseann's memory may be made to the Mahoning County Dog Warden, 1230 N. Meridian Road, Suite B, Youngstown, OH 44509.
