She is survived by: her husband Sam F.; her son Sam D. Lavanty (Kathy) of North Lima; her grandchildren, Amy Levi-Haim (Yoav) of Las Vegas, NV, Tod Lavanty (Nicole) of Richfield, MN and Kim Erdel (Mike) of Ohio; and her great grandchildren, Arielle, Lea, Jacob Levi-Haim, Samantha, Michael, Abigail, Ellie Mae and Elijah Erdel. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to hospice of the Valley in Rose's memory.
