He was predeceased by: his parents, William Rhodes and Barbara Rhodes (Abbott-Hall); and his siblings, Donald Rhodes, Alvin Hall, Harold Abbott and Debbie Huston.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Rhodes (Leonard); his son Billy Rhodes (Danielle); his grandchildren, Bryson and Addison; his stepdaughter Nicole Wheeler (Josiah); his stepgrandson Josiah Jr. of Poland, Ohio; and his siblings, Barbara Flipin (Donald) and George Hall (Peggy) of Niles. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins brothers-in-law and sisters-in-laws.
