He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Albutus Keels and Julia Martha Mason; his grandparents, Elder Carl, Agnes Mason, Raymond A. and Oneeda Keels Sr.; and his brother Reginald Keels.
He is survived by: his wife Mari Shivers; his son Ronald Jr.; his siblings, Rosalind Keels-Kennedy of Youngstown, Robin Anita Keels of Youngstown, Raeshelle Keels-Williams of New Jersey, Ricky Davis and Winston Higgins; and his godchildren, Amy Smith, Jalisa Dawkins and L. L. Smith. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Triedstone Baptist Church (2045 Jacobs Rd, Youngstown, OH 44505). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
