He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence John Booth and Betty Jean Rebmen; his stepfather David P. Barnhart; his sister Denise Marie Barnhart Grub; and his uncle Kenneth Patrick Wardle.

He is survived by: his wife Cindy Claire Saylor; his son Taylor James Wilkinson (Dustin) of Boardman; his uncle John Wardle (Patty) of Girard; and his aunt Betty Wardle of Wisconsin. He is also survived by several brothers and sisters-in-law; and numerus Nieces and nephews.
