He was predeceased by: his parents, Rollin Parker and Frances Parker (Patton); his sons, Thomas W. Parker and James K. Parker; his brothers, Richard A. Parker and Thomas G. Parker; his son-in-law Denny Wilson; and his brother-in-law Lou Tocheck.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy M. Iman; his children, Colleen A. Wilson of Boardman, Jennifer L. Rovnyak (John) of Lowellville and Rollin W. Parker III (Bev) of Westlake, OH; his grandchildren, Chrissi Davis (George), Mary Schemetti (Nick), Kelly Rutter (Brian), Brooke Smith (Alan), Brett A. Rovnyak and Jonathan; his siblings, Liz, Michael Blake (Charlotte) and Justin Haught (Leah); his great grandchildren, Kenny, Elizabeth, Troy, Izabella, Jacob, Shawn, Gabe, Michael, Elias and Eleni; his daughter-in-law Paula Parker of Youngstown; and his sister-in-law Dolores Tocheck of Boardman. He is also survived by five great great-grandchildren.
