He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert F. Dull and Mary F. Bascom Dull; his wife Beverly A. Begeot; and his siblings, Ronald Dull, Lee Dull and DeAnn "Sissy" Jackson.
He is survived by: his daughters, Vicki Smallwood (David) of Vienna, Veronica Asay (Larry) of Meadville, PA., Valerie Harvey (Paul) of Hubbard and Virginia Gorby of Alliance; his grandchildren, Fred Whitacre, Don Whitacre, David Smallwood Jr., Kristen Tabor, Melanie Jaroszewicz, Amy Solomon, Jenny Augustine and Jeffrey Gorby; and his brother Dr. David Dull of Liberty Township, Ohio.. He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren.
