He is survived by: his mother Irene Barlow White; his wife Stacey Barlow (Muldrow); his children, Jearyle James of Youngstown, Ralph Muldrow of Youngstown, Terria Barlow of Youngstown and La Trina Muldrow of Columbus, Ohio; his sister Angie Barlow of Hermitage, Pennsylvania; his grandmother Rose Brown; his grandchildren, De'Amonte Pagan, La-Nyia Barlow, Mariah Stanley, Zhariyah McMillon, Naomi McMillon, Raven Muldrow, Dayden Muldrow, Abreanna Muldrow, Antoine Jenkins III and Yalia Jenkins; and his great grandchild Tianna Pagan. He is also survived by uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
