She was predeceased by: her mother Rhonda Lee Lemon-McKee. She is survived by: her father Murray Carter; her aunt Jacquelyn D. Lemon of Struthers; her cousins, Kimberly Smith of Maryland, Shirell Jackson of Youngstown, Candace Lemon of Youngstown and Philip Lemon Sr. of Youngstown; her goddaughters, Sierra Lemon of Youngstown and Keesah Gaddy of Columbus; her godmother Barbara Winston (Yvonne Lawrence); and also, Kermit Blunt of Youngstown and Karen Harris of Youngstown.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the L. E. Black, Phillips & Holden Funeral Home Inc. (1951 McGuffey Rd, Youngstown, OH 44505). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
