He is survived by: his close friends, James Gibbs and Marvette Carlton; his children, Robert Justice Jr. (Brigitte), Erica Justice, Treymaine Justice (Shantavia) and Jamal Justice; his mother Doris Justice; his siblings, Jerome Justice Sr. and Jennifer Justice; and also, Belinda and Robert.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Chapel of the J. E. Washington Funeral Home (2234 Glenwood Ave, Youngstown, OH 44511).
