He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert "Buster" Reeves and Beatrice Branch Reeves; his wife Betty Jean Davis; his daughter Donna Thomas; and his siblings, William Reeves, Ernestine Reeves-Wiggins, Arma Jean Reeves-Archie and Christine Reeves.
He is survived by: his children, Jerome Reeves of Cleveland and Robin Thomas of Youngstown; his brother Vernon Reeves (Queenie) of Las Vegas, NV; and his grandchildren, LaKeshia, Danielle, Marisa, Teleza, Noah, Alicia and Melvin. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren; and a host of family and friends.
