He was predeceased by: his parents, James Moore and Emma Lou Moore; and his siblings, James, Herman, Arthur Moore and Dorothy Moore.

He is survived by: his wife Faith Freeman; his godson Charles Moore, Jr. of Columbus, OH; his brother Charles Moore (Sherry) of Campbell, OH; his sister-in-law Ada Moore of Birmingham, AL; his cousin Trudy Savage of Selma, AL; and his nieces, Crystal Moore and Alexandria Moore of Campbell, OH..
