He was predeceased by: his parents, Mark Appleman and Delphine Appleman; his former wife Patty Kekish Appleman; and his brother Donald Appleman. He is survived by: his son Mark M. Appleman of Overland Park; and his brother Mark Appleman (Francine) of Charlotte.
