He is survived by: his father Frank Hannis; his wife Patty (Cyril); his daughter Renee Kachaylo (John) of Pittsburgh, PA; his grandchildren, Zachary Kachaylo (Paige Miller) of Charlotte, NC and Amanda Kachaylo (Andrew Orr) of Pittsburgh, PA.; and his brother Ronald Hannis (JoAnn) of Cleveland, OH. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
