He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Rhoads and Gwendolyn Martin Rhoads; and his sister Melanie Gravelle. He is survived by: his wife Linda Rapone; his siblings, Kathleen Fellows (Ralph) of Niles, Matthew Rhoads (Denise) of Struthers and Aimee Hum (Timothy) of Canfield; his sons, Bruce (Linda), Robert III and Brock (Stacy Klazon) of Struthers; and his aunt Carol Martin of Youngstown. He is also survived by six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
