He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Demechko and Anna Repasky Demechko; his wife Audrey; his son Robert Edward Demechko; and his siblings, Anna Rohbaugh, Florence Kittle and Joseph Demechko.
He is survived by: his children, Teri Ann Henry of Chester, Virginia, Steven Demechko (Rose) of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and David Demechko (Tena) of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; his siblings, Marg Schindler of Austintown and Edward Demechko (Bernie) of Austintown; his daughter-in-law Ruth Demechko of Oklahoma City; and his grandchildren, Kenneth Payne of Poland, Lyn Norr (Brian) of California, Matthew, Madison Demechko of Oklahoma, Robert Demechko (Sierra) of California, Jessie Demechko of Oklahoma, Drew Demechko (Paula) of Texas and Payton Demechko. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
