He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Bevilacqua and Amelia Bevilacqua (Acri); and his great grandchild Crew Alexander Guy. He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Guy (Timothy) of Cleveland and Laura Everhart (Adam) of Canfield; his grandchildren, Nicholas Guy (Kara), Alanna Guy, Alexis Althans (James), Mason Everhart (Olivia) and Madeline Everhart; and his siblings, Ronald Bevilacqua (Debbie) and Patricia Nativio. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousin and friends.
