He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert F Banks Sr. and Velma Snyder Banks; his brother Dale Banks; and his cousin Harry Urbach. He is survived by: his wife Kelly Banks (Myrtle Green); his children, Suzette Darden of Florida, Robert F. Banks III of Florida and Michele Joint (Jim) of South Dakoda; and his brother Richard Banks (Lenore) of South Carolina. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
