He was predeceased by: his parents, Teodoro Arroyo and Rosa Arroyo; his wife Michele; and his brother Michael. He is survived by: his children, Laura Rupe (Jason) of Bradenton, Fla., Mariah Mramor of Chandler, Ariz, Jolene Baldado (Edward) of Youngstown, Randall Arroyo (Shanel) of Orlando, Fla., Sandi Cassile-Arroyo (Jimmy Hughes Jr.) of Youngstown and Erik Arroyo (Catherine) of Youngstown; his grandchildren, Laura, Julianna, Alison, Elle, Peyton, Teodoro, Liam, Jase, Elaina, Aria and Ellie; and his cousin Luis "Bobby" Arroyo.
In lieu of flowers, Robert's family is requesting monetary donations be made to his family to help with final expenses.
