He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Oakley and Dolly O'Connor Oakley; and his siblings, Edward and Lorinda Moucha. He is survived by: his wife Dorene Boop; and his sons, Robert, Kenneth and William. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
