He was predeceased by: his brother Thomas S. Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Margaret "Peggy" Cartwright; his children, Thomas Lewis (Joleen) of Canfield and Susan Lewis of Chesapeake, VA; and his granddaughters, Abigail Cochrane of Sydney, TJ and Alexandra Lewis.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial contributions be made to St. Vincent DePaul Society.
