He is survived by: his wife Eleanor J. McMahon; his children, Dr. Rick Higham (Karen) of Poland, Ken Higham (Cathy) of Scottsdale, Ariz, Jim Higham (Sue) of Boardman, Tim Higham of Youngstown, Marty Higham (Nancy) of Warren, Dave Higham (Megan) of Poland, Molly Higham of Youngstown, Mary Ryba (Mike) of Poland and Sally Vance (Jeff) of McComb; and his sister Mary Higham of Youngstown.
