He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd DelSignore and Helen Celovsky DelSignore. He is survived by: his wife Shelli Houghton; his children, Jeffrey (Cate), Matthew and Heather McDowell (Jason); his grandchildren, Emily, Gabriella, Lucas "Lukie" and Caleb; and his siblings, Mary Catherine Palumbo, Linda Mazias (Joseph), Mark DelSignore (Diane) and Francine Melewski (Raymond). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Richard's family suggests memorial contributions be made to Youngstown Baptist Church Children's Bus Ministry.
