He is survived by: his parents, Lucas Collazo (Janice) of Chicago and Rosa Negron of Illinois; his wife Carolyn King Collazo; his daughter Angela Junez (Ruben) of North Carolina; his sisters, Awilda Chute (Marty) of Iowa and Abigail Collazo of Illinois; his uncle Francisco Collazo (Cynthia); and his grandson Aben Junez.
