He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred W. Smith, Sr. and Sarah E. McNelly Smith; and his siblings, Cheryl Smith and Fred W. Smith, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Susan Smith; his daughters, Anita Smith (Indians) of Youngstown and Natalie Smith of Youngstown; his nephews, Derek Smith (Hillary) of Columbiana and Dylan Smith (Cinthia) of Front Royal, VA; his niece Kiara Sanchez of Front Royal; his great-nephews, Ethan and Raphael Smith; and his brothers-in-law, Peter Smith (Ann) of Lowellville and Michael Smith (Amy) of Youngstown.
