He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond A. Lewis Sr. and Berneatha E. Sydney Lewis; and his sister Cynthia D. Lewis. He is survived by: his significant other Sylvia Jordan Lewis; his children, Raymond A. Lewis III of Boardman, Brandi R. E. Lewis of Nashville, Tenn., Terrance A. Lewis of Oregon and Dennis J. Jordan of New Orleans; and his sister Barbara Rae Lewis Jordan (Mance) of Youngstown. He is also survived by children & God children.
