He was predeceased by: his parent Earl Dibble; his children, Sheree Hart, Jeffrey Dibble and Denise McCloud; and his siblings, Dorothy Lalor, Virginia "Honey" Wayland and Earl Dibble Jr..
He is survived by: his parent Stella Dibble (Shilling); his wife Barbara McKinley; his daughter Lynne Keeney (Jim) of Boardman; his grandchildren, Sarah Gunn (Aaron) of Houston, Seth Hart (Rachelle) of Houston, Garrett Hart of Houston and Brady McCloud of Boardman; his great grandchildren, Sophia Rae Hart and Gavin Richard Gunn; and his nieces and nephews, Sandy Wayland of Poland and Jill Kastanek (Ted Sudol) of Harrisonburg.
