He was predeceased by: his father Ray Lewis, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Joyce H. Beverley Lewis of Youngstown; his wife Evelyn L. Howard; his children, Tumpa M. Lewis of Youngstown and Lawalyn L. Lewis Sr. of Youngstown; and his siblings, Beverly L. Waller of Youngstown, Kaylor White of Youngstown, Beatrice G. Lewis of Youngstown, Charles Lewis (Sheryl) of Richmond, VA and Debbie Lewis of Cleveland. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
A Celebration of Life service will follow at 10:00 a. m. Guests are asked to wear masks.
