She is survived by: her parent Wadee'ah Muhammad; her siblings, Robert A. Muhammad, Najee Muhammad and Lateefah Thomas (Ivan Sr.); her nieces and nephews, Ivan L. Thomas Jr., Najee Muhammad II, Malia Thomas and Somaya Thomas; her great-nieces, Everly Thomas and Winter Muhammad; and her friend George Mitchell.
