She was predeceased by: her parents, John Harris and Esther Hines Harris; her husband Sam; her stepson Howard L. Jordan; and her siblings, Grace Hines, Peninniah Jackson, Anna Wiggins, Julia Grant, Diane Scott and John Harris.
She is survived by: her sister Mary Simmons of Columbus; her niece Esther Corpening; and her great-niece Quitana Blackshear. She is also survived by other nieces, nephews, church family and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Union Baptist Church (528 Lincoln Ave, Youngstown, OH 44502). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
