She is survived by: her husband Alex Varie, Jr.; her children, Alex Varie III (Karen), Michael Varie, Joesph Varie and Kathy Varie-Wells; and her sister Martha Coustillac. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
