He was predeceased by: his father Elmer Black; his wife Antoinette Centofanto; and his siblings, James Black, Margaret Janis and Patricia Mort.
He is survived by: his children, Terry Black (Sheri), Karen Basler (Hans), Colleen Nader, Kathy Brennaman (Kevin), Bob Centofanto and Anthony Centofanto (Lynn); and his brother Daniel Black. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
