He was predeceased by: his parents, William Miller and Julia Basham Miller; his stepfather Paul Miller Sr.; his wife Sylvia Wellington Miller; and his brothers, William, Charles, Richard Eugene and Ronald Miller.
He is survived by: his sister Pauline; his son Kevin Miller; his grandson Dominic Dixon of Youngstown; and his siblings, Francis Miller Fisher of Ontario, Canada and Larry John Miller (Shirley) of Buffalo, N. Y..
Funeral services will begin at 11 a. m. Guests are asked to wear masks.
