He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony N. Ginnetti and Edith Ginnetti (Santore); his son Anthony; and his sister Marie Ginnetti. He is survived by: his wife Gerri L. Margetko; his son Patrick "Packy" Ginnetti (Jennifer) of Rocky River; his grandchildren, Adrian, Max and Mia Ginnetti; and his sister Debbie Schimley (Marty) of Niles. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

The family has requested that material tributes take the form of donations to the St. Vincent de Paul soup kitchen, 208 W. Front St., Youngstown, Ohio 44503, or St Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, Tenn. 38105, in Patrick's memory.
