She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Prokop and Ann Prokop (Kosach); her husband Ray Huly; and her cousin Barbara Ashbaugh. She is survived by: her children, Dr. Rae Huly and Dr. Patrick Huly (Jennifer) of Howland; and her grandsons, Ethan and Evan Huly.
